Your Driver left my packages outside my Apt Gate ..

Ive provided my Gate Code for the driver to come in and deliver the packages to my Apartment front door

Not only he didnt do that .. he just left it outside the gate

Without calling or text me to let me know that the packages has been delivered

Its Gone !! Someone took the packages !!

Bad delivery

Every time I order, my packages are left outside the door where anyone can take them. The driver did not even ring the buzzer; just dropped the boxes in the entrance.

How many times do I have to ask for the packages to be left in a secure place? Unacceptable!

No experience, poor service.

We did order :
4 pomelos. $27.96
2 Quốc Việt Beef flavored pho.$16.58
2 bamboo tree rice Vermicelli.$6.98
1 Top monthong Durian $15.99.
Total is $67.49 plus tip $72.49.
When we got the order ( 2 boxes) .

One box was right order. We got 4 pomelo and one Durian. Second box it wasnt ours ordere, we gave back to the delivery guy. He couldnt speak English, its frustrating we did not understand and talk to him.

This is America, not Vietnam, not Korea, not China. Why hiring people can not speak English to deal with customers.

This WEEE Inc company has been charging my stolen CC number since December. A total of $4319.19

NO way to talk to someone..

no returned e-mails.

My Credit card company called the merchant phone # today and was spoken to by a very rude lady.

Ordered twice from them

Ordered twice from them, the price They gave to me were higher than my friends who live a few miles away from me. The company did not have any explanation or notes to say so.

They declared you will get the free delivery over certain amount you spend, but they played a trick - charge more for exactly same item, for example, the Thai coconut, I paid $23.99 for a cae of 9 coconuts, my friend just paid $15.99 for the exact case of 9 coconuts.

Overall all I paid more than $30.00 for the items I ordered.

If you charged me the delivery fee, I completely understood and pay it.

But in this way you actually charged the delivery fee, it is totally not acceptable. What a cheating way.

Although it is more convinent to order some stuffs, I will NOT place any more orders from them from now on.

I just saw that my order is reaching me on 27th March. By chance, I was looking at my items; all items are okay, only one item I never ordered was there in the list: Idli rava flour.

I ordered fine sooji rava. This is not my mistake; it is a mistake in your system. I don't need idli rava.

I need what I ordered, which was fine sooji (rava). Please send me my item.

Delivery driver complaint

I was driving on my street and about to turn into my driveway when your delivery driver pulled inches behind me and was shouting obscenities at me. I explained that I was about to pull into my driveway, but I had to wait for pedestrians to get out of the way.

He shouted more obscenities and stayed on his horn for approximately 30 seconds. Disturbing my entire neighborhood. He aggressively exited the vehicle and challenged me to a fight! Here is the license plate of the vehicle.

I also have a dash cam video but the entire incident. the speed limit on my street is 15 miles an hour. The driver aggressively backed up at roughly 25 miles an hour! There were several neighbors out with their children that witnessed the aggressive behavior of your driver.

Here is the license plate of the vehicle. CA 48300L3 here is my telephone number 310-427-****. My name is Paul Workman. Your driver was delivering in Westchester 90045 to an address on W.

78th St. at approximately 6:25 PM.

Thanks for posting this. I've also had problems with my deliveries which were made using gig drivers despite the fact they show on their website and during checkout pictures of their own delivery vans.

They are very deceiving making customers think they use their own vans and drivers but then send your delivery order with some random driver. AND if it's during the summer and you're the last person on that person's route, your cold items can spend a couple in their blazing hot car trunk instead of the air conditioned van SayWeee leads you to believe will deliver your groceries. That's why I stopped ordering from them.

And now I'm sure that was the right decision after reading your review and seeing that it's months later and SayWeee hasn't even bothered to reply like they have some other reviews. Extremely disappointed in this company and will not reward such behavior with my hard earned dollars.
