Ordered twice from them
Ordered twice from them, the price They gave to me were higher than my friends who live a few miles away from me. The company did not have any explanation or notes to say so.
They declared you will get the free delivery over certain amount you spend, but they played a trick - charge more for exactly same item, for example, the Thai coconut, I paid $23.99 for a cae of 9 coconuts, my friend just paid $15.99 for the exact case of 9 coconuts.
Overall all I paid more than $30.00 for the items I ordered.
If you charged me the delivery fee, I completely understood and pay it.
But in this way you actually charged the delivery fee, it is totally not acceptable. What a cheating way.
Although it is more convinent to order some stuffs, I will NOT place any more orders from them from now on.

I was driving on my street and about to turn into my driveway when your delivery driver pulled inches behind me and was shouting obscenities at me. I explained that I was about to pull into my driveway, but I had to wait for pedestrians to get out of the way.
He shouted more obscenities and stayed on his horn for approximately 30 seconds. Disturbing my entire neighborhood. He aggressively exited the vehicle and challenged me to a fight! Here is the license plate of the vehicle.
I also have a dash cam video but the entire incident. the speed limit on my street is 15 miles an hour. The driver aggressively backed up at roughly 25 miles an hour! There were several neighbors out with their children that witnessed the aggressive behavior of your driver.

Disastrous Delivery: Weee Ruined My Birthday Dinner with Unreliable Service
I am extremely disappointed with Weee's restaurant delivery service. I had planned a birthday dinner party and placed an order, expecting delivery between 4:30-7:30 PM as promised.
However, at 7:00 PM, I was informed that the delivery would not arrive until at least 10:00 PM. This completely ruined my evening and the entire birthday celebration. I trusted their timing, but they failed to deliver on their promise, causing a lot of stress and frustration.
Will not be using this service again, and I would strongly advise others to be cautious when relying on Weee! for timely deliveries.

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding my recent order from your company. Despite my anticipation, I have not received my package.
Upon checking the USPS tracking number provided (Tracking Number: 420980****346105****336961****), I discovered the package was mistakenly shipped to Renton, WA, 98059 instead of my address in Newcastle, WA, 98059.
I did not provide the wrong address; the shipping department made an error in shipping to the wrong address.
Due to this shipping error, I cannot receive my order. I kindly request that you process a refund for the full amount of my purchase, as I have not received the goods that I paid for.

I had been excited to find Weee. Every two weeks I online shop here.
Japanese mini sweet potatoes taste good. I ordered five times. The first time was very good, but each time it got smaller and smaller. The last time one third was as small as finger sized.
Was it because of the change of management? The produce like that is upon the person who picked them. Customer and Seller both entrust goods pickers, and they are supposed to live up to the trust. If you dump garbage on online customers, you got it wrong.
Very disappointed.
So, I stopped shopping for a month. I can't contact customer service, so I can only post a review here to let the management not customers know.

When I placed both orders same day it gave me the delivery date of 9/2/24. It is now 9/3/24, still have NOT gotten and NO SIGN-TEXT, of WHAT HAPPENED TO MY OTHER ORDER.
I want to place more order, but it's VERY HARD TO TRUST an app or site like this that I'M STARTING TO FEEL IT'S NOT trustworthy, NOT HONEST.

Lies and bad customer service
I mainly ordered 3 items I need n rest is fillers for free shipping. They took out what I need and just say they were out of stock when they werent.
Takes almost 2 week to start to ship when I finally ask where my order was. Never mention anything being refunded.
